The Program Manager role will lead a multi-disciplined team of consultants supporting The Office of the Directorate for Oversight and Compliance (DO&C) within the Office of the Chief Management Officer (OCMO). This role will be responsible for the performance of the work, providing overall program direction, including supervision of assigned project resources and is responsible for ensuring the coordination of all projects within the program and overseeing the successful delivery of the program.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Provide overarching coordination and oversight of the organizational structure and tasks between the government and Contractor Team
  • Lead, manage and organize the overall Team
  • Manage all the program technical elements and ensure they are executed in accordance to established and validated requirements, schedule and cost
  • Administer plans and schedules for implementation from requirement to deployment
  • Manage and lead review status of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and long-term schedule/outlook
  • Develop and deliver status reports, monthly reports and the Project Management Plan as required
  • Manage and maintain relationships with the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR)

Experience Level:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 12+ years of experience with the DoD, leading a multi-disciplined team of support staff
  • Sound understanding of incremental delivery and the value of metrics
  • Strong project management and delivery process/methodology and project management tool experience
  • Strong technical aptitude and hands on experience working with technical product teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Certified project manager with skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Tools and Proficiency Level:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio

Required Certifications:

  • Project Management Institute, Project Management Professional (PMP®); or
  • DAWIA Level III in Program Management
  • Active Secret Clearance
