Position Overview:

Artlin Consulting is seeking a Project Manager to support our Department of Justice customer within the Criminal Division’s Office of Administration, by providing executive level project management, business analysis, and process improvement expertise with a focus on efficiencies, customer service, integration across multiple units, implementation, execution, and sustainability. Executive level communication is critical for this requirement along with agility and flexibility in not only project assignments but priorities. The Project Manager will focus on five task areas: 1) Project Management, 2) Business Analysis and Solution Identification, 3) Strategic Planning, 4) Program Implementation, Training, and Sustainment, and 5) Communications.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects, provide business analysis when necessary for various projects throughout the Criminal Division, and focus on implementation, execution, and sustainability
  • Manage multiple strategic projects (more than 2) at one time
  • Present to Subject Matter Experts (CIO, CFO) in writing and verbally
  • Provide project management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership
  • Provide day-to-day guidance and direction in the execution of tasks and deliverables
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders

Required Education/Experience/Skills:

  • US citizen with ability to obtain government Public Trust security clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or 4 years of equivalent experience
  • 7+ years' experience in Project Management
  • Experience with projects that cut across various administrative units, external stakeholders, and outside vendors
  • Experience gathering, analyzing, and validating requirements
  • Experience with Agile project management

Desired Education/Experience/Skills:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Agile Project Management Certification
  • Background working with attorneys, paralegals, or a similar legal setting
